We have systems specifically designed to take grape waste post the wine making process.
Elements of these systems are portable so that preprocessing is completed at the site of origin. Given the brevity of the viticulture season advanced bookings are recommended. We are currently forward buying for the 2025 year.

Wood
Hardwoods of particular interest include willow and eucalypt but also spruce.
Ensuring care in land preparation and planting, harvest can be completed mechanically over multiple harvests. Our preference is for suppliers to contact us prior to planting. We are currently buying for this year, 2022.
